Our client services department is huge - it includes everyone in the company! When you place a call either to our Langley or Burnaby location, you can expect to speak to a real live person and everyone will be trained, empowered and willing to assist you. In this way, our client services department never closes, at least between the laboratory hours of 8 AM-10 PM Monday through Friday, 9 AM-10 PM Saturday and 12 PM to 7 PM Sunday.

Your requests for sample pick-up, additional copies of reports, consultation with specialists, supplies, billing information etc. will be handled promptly, efficiently and professionally. This is our promise to you.
