Dear Valued Clients,

As I am sure you are aware, it appears that Canada Post has yet again initiated strike action which is worrisome and leaves us in a quandary regarding those clients who receive their monthly TNVD statement and/or submit payment by cheque via letter mail. As a result, we will regretfully be forced to find alternative options by which to deliver your statement and by which you, our clients, can submit payment.

Effective immediately, all statements belonging to clinics located in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley will be delivered by one of our in-house couriers. Clinics located outside of these areas will receive their statements via the email address that we have on file for which your laboratory reports are normally sent. As for payment options, if you are submitting samples to the lab via commercial or local courier, cheques can be placed in an envelope inside the courier pouches made attention to the Accounts Receivable department. Alternatively, if it is more convenient, credit card payments called directly into the lab will also be gratefully accepted. We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause and if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call the lab and I will be glad to assist.
