All of us at True North Veterinary Diagnostics would like to wish you and your families a safe and happy Holiday Season! Please be advised of the following changes for the week of December 24th-January 1st:
December 24 (Wednesday): Greater Vancouver/Valley will be eligible for 2 pickups. No pm
sample pickups. AM cutoff time being 10 am and afternoon is 12 pm (we accept sample
drop off until 4pm).
Interior via ACE/Purolator: No service on this day for pickup. The packages from the 23rd
will be delivered to True North.
Vancouver Island via TFORCE: Single cutoff time of 11am for all, with same day delivery
(actual pickup times will vary).
December 25 (Thursday): We are closed- Happy Holidays!!!
December 26 (Friday): This day will be run as a STAT with a cut off time of noon (no pickups
for Chilliwack and Agassiz on this day). We accept sample drop off until 4pm.
Interior via Purolator and Vancouver Island via TFORCE: These companies are recognizing
this day as a statutory holiday - no service is available.
December 27 (Saturday): Greater Vancouver & Fraser Valley – normal cut-off times and
pickups.
Vancouver Island via TFORCE: These companies will be available for normal pickup and
delivery schedules.
December 28,29 and 30th (Sunday to Tuesday): Greater Vancouver & Fraser Valley – normal
cut-off times and pickups.
Interior via Purolator and Vancouver Island via TFORCE: These companies are back to
regular schedule.
December 31 (Wednesday): Greater Vancouver/Valley will be eligible for 2 pickups. No pm
sample pickups. Am cutoff time being 10 am and afternoon is 1 pm (we accept sample
drop off until 4pm).
Interior via ACE/Purolator: No service on this day for pickup. The packages from the 30th
will be delivered to True North.
Vancouver Island via TFORCE: Single cutoff time of 11am for all, with same day delivery
(actual pickup times will vary).
January 1st, 2026: Happy New Year!!!
We are running this day as a normal STAT with local clinic cut-off times of 12 noon (no
service for Chilliwack and Agassiz).
