Dear Valued Client,

As I am sure you are aware, the possibility that Canada Post may initiate strike action May 22nd is worrisome and yet again, leaving us in a quandary regarding those clients who receive their monthly TNVD statement and/or submit payment by cheque via letter mail. We are extremely hopeful that the postal situation can be resolved before such action needs to be taken but in the event that it is not, we will regretfully be forced to find alternative options for which to deliver your statement and also, for which you, our clients, can submit payment. Therefore, if a postal strike does occur, all statements belonging to clinics located in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley will be delivered by one of our in house couriers. Clinics located outside of these areas will receive their statements via the email address that we have on file for which your laboratory reports are normally sent. As for payment options, if you are submitting samples to the lab, either via commercial courier or local, cheques can be placed in an envelope inside the courier pouches made attention to the Accounts Receivable department or if it is more convenient, credit card payments called directly into the lab will also be gladly accepted. We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience that this may potentially cause and if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call the lab and I will be glad to assist.
